Sir: We live in a society that promotes materialism. We have started teaching our children that success and happiness in life should be measured with the material stuff you have. A competition has started among all age groups regarding Brands and expensive gadgets and stuff like this. Our morning shows and advertisements all of them one way or another manipulates the human mind .this materialism have created a class difference in our society. Malls for rich and Bazaars for poor class.
People have started judging others on the basis of things. This material obsession automatically transfers from parents in to the next generation which is very toxic for a future society. This has finished worth of things. Harmony and purity has finished.
Our society is constantly brainwashing us to buy more of this or that, because we live in a society that works if people are constantly spending. But if every person thinks about what they essentially need in life I think this cycle can stop. As a citizen it is our responsibility to take a step and find a solution about it.
