You are the teller of your own tale

Author: Ayesha Irfan

Remember Women! You were born as life giver

You were born with the hearts of a thousand mothers

Open, fearless and sweet

You were born with the fire of queens and warriors blood that bleeds

You were born with the wisdom of sages and shamans

There’s no wound you can’t heal

You were born the teller of your own tale

Before none should you kneel

You were born with an immeasurable soul

You were born to desire with passion and to name your own destiny

Remember women. Remember

You are more than you can see

Remember women! Remember your power and grace

Never forget that you are a woman,

Divine, as you have been from the start
