Nation prepares to mark 78th Pakistan Day: DG ISPR

Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Maj General Asif Ghafoor Bajwa on Wednesday posted a message on Twitter in relation to Pakistan Day which would be observed all over the country on March 23.

“Pakistan is synonymous to peace and we shall safeguard it any cost,” DG ISPR wrote.

The nation is preparing to celebrate the 78th Pakistan Day on March 23, Gen Bajwa stated.

He also shared a video revealing a logo of 23 March Pakistan Day.

23 March is celebrated as “Pakistan Day” in all over the country to commemorate the passing of Lahore Resolution which laid the foundation of a seperate homeland for the Muslims of the sub-continent.

Pakistan armed forces would continue their tradition of conducting a parade in Islamabad to mark the occasion.
