Internet sensation replaces husband with Leonardo DiCaprio

Peggy Zundel became internet’s sensation the minute her granddaughter Rebecca shared a picture of what has been hanging on the wall of Peggy’s house. Any guesses? It involves a character from the famous tragedy of all times, Titanic, who was too busy drawing portraits of the French lasses, especially Rose; or just Rose.

However, it seems as if Peggy found that character so captivating that she decided to make a portrait out of him, with of course, slight alterations. So, Peggy has a recent picture of Leonardo DiCaprio somehow, perfectly fit within the picture, where he stands next to the younger version of Peggy.

That’s just not it, in fact, the most fascinating fact about the portrait was, Peggy had her ex-husband in that photo originally but she replaced her ex-husband with handsome hunk Leonardo.

Peggy informed media sources that she felt it was a waste if she got rid of the photo because she looked absolutely gorgeous in the picture, so after ruffling through various old magazines, she found the perfect match. Leonardo DiCaprio’s picture it was, that she cut and pasted it over her ex-husband’s picture. Peggy expressed that every time she walks by the photo, she feels like a young girl with fluttering heartbeat and red cheeks. “He’s just so handsome, and it makes me smile,” she confessed.

Peggy has been keeping tabs on her ‘true love’ as she is well aware that he has a history of dating young supermodels and Peggy doesn’t care. “I heard he’s dating a Victoria’s Secret model, and I don’t mind,” she revealed.

Apart from Leo, she is a ‘die-hard’ fan of HGTV hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines, whom she considers as family and she has their pictures framed on her wall, right next to her actual family members.

Peggy will be turning 81 in March and that does seem to be the perfect age for her to get a surprise visit from her ‘true love’ Leonardo DiCaprio!
