Afghan refugees

Author: Daily Times

Sir: Influx of Afghan refugees is one of the contributing factors to unemployment in Pakistan. When the American army attacked Afghanistan in 2001, about 13 years ago, a massive number of Afghan refugees migrated to Pakistan in order to escape violence in their homeland. But the situation in their country remains grim.

First, they worked as laborers, and with the passage of time, they monopolized the whole labour market, snatching the rights of natives.
