Two troops, including a captain, injured in IED blast

KHYBER AGENCY: Two troops, including a captain, sustained injuries when a roadside planted Improvised Explosive Device (IED) went off in Sandana, the remote area of Tehsil Bara, Tirah Valley on Friday. The forces official while confirming the incident informed that the troops were conducting routine patrolling in the area when their vehicle was targeted with the bomb blast which wounded two soldiers. The injured whose identification could not be ascertained, were shifted to the nearest military health centre for medical aid, the official added.
