Aisha Khan decides to quit media industry

LAHORE: Pakistani actress Aisha Khan has decided to say “goodbye” to the media industry, without clearly stating the reason behind her decision.

Aisha on Thursday took to social media to announce her decision saying she is all set to go through a new phase of her life. “I have decided to bid farewell to our wonderful media industry,” wrote the actress.

She also thanked her colleagues and the people outside the media industry who supported her. “I have met many wonderful people in this industry to whom I’m ever so grateful,” Aisha stated.

Aisha also apologised to her colleagues for not being able to take any project since 2016.

Moreover, she requested her fans and well-wishers to remember her family in their prayers.

Aisha is one of the leading actresses in our drama industry. He has worked in a number of drama serials including Mann Mayal, Mehndi and Parsa. She has also appeared on the silver screen – some of her movies being Waar and Jawani Phir Nahi Ani.
