Sindh Theatre Festival

Author: Daily Times

Sir: The Sindh Theatre Festival (STF) was initiated a couple of days ago at the Liaquat National Library. It was inaugurated by Provincial Minister for Culture and Tourism Syed Sardar Shah. Media reporters were present for coverage.

The event is providing much needed relief to the citizens of Karachi, as these kinds of shows are rarely organised. Moreover, it will also promote the arts of drama and acting — which are slowly being lost in our country.  A large number of young people are participating in the event and experiencing the fun of live drama on stage.

I’ll request the concerned ministry to organise such events more often so that the residents of Karachi can enjoy some light moments with their families.
