ATC Shikarpur awards capital punishment to suicide bomber

SHIKARPUR: An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Shikarpur awarded capital punishment, which comprises on 21 years of imprisonment and also fined Rs. 200,000 to a criminal arrested while wearing a suicide jacket. Fida Hussain, the Judge of an Anti-Terrorism Court in Shikarpur, issued the verdict on Monday. It is worthwhile to mention here that the arrested bomber named Usman was arrested by police and locals of Khanpur town, when he along with his other accomplices was trying to enter into an Imambargah, and upon his resistance, his other terrorist accomplices blew himself up, outside the Imambargah, on the first day on Eid-ul-Azha, last year. Police and locals removed the suicide jacket off of him and handed over him to the police. Later, the dead terrorist was identified as Abdul Rahman.
