RAWALPINDI: Police and Rawalpindi Cantt Board Food Authority have seized 120 kg of dead chickens during a raid and arrested two persons within the jurisdiction of Race Course Police.
According to reports, Food Inspector Abid Hussain and the Cantonment Board official Rizwan Ahmad, conducted a raid on a “Sajji” house located at Aslam Market, Kamalabad and took into possession 120 kilograms of dead chickens.
The dead chickens were being off loaded from a corolla car. These dead chickens were to be used for preparing “Sajji” for sale in the market.
The owner of the “Sajji” house and the driver of the car have been taken into custody by the police.
