ISLAMABAD: Three students were killed while four others were injured as a result of motorcycle collision within the jurisdiction of Bara Kahu Police.
According to media reports, some seven students, aged between 17 to 20 years, three hailing from Bara Kahu and four from Kari Road Rawalpindi, were on their way riding on motorcycles, to enjoy a picnic party at Shahdara picnic point when their motorcycles, coming from opposite directions collided with each other. As a result, three including Saad Aaftab, Qamar Khalid and Saad Abbas died on the spot while Saeed Aaftab, Naqashul Hasan, Hamza Ali and Mohsin Ishfaq sustained serious injuries and were rushed to the nearby Poly Clinic Hospital for treatment.
According to hospital sources, out of the four injured, two were stated to be in a critical condition.
