Robbers loot Tarnol post office in capital

ISLAMABAD: A post office was looted within the jurisdiction of Tarnol police station in the federal capital.

According to media reports, four armed and masked dacoits, riding on two motorcycles, barged into Tarnol post office at 1pm and snatched Rs 100,000 from Post Master Tariq Mehmood on gunpoint.

Tarnol police did not reach on time to the place of the incident due to defective PTCL number of the police station. Locals carried out a protest demonstration against the police.
