Son kills father in Jacobabad

JACOBABAD: A son has killed his father over a petty issue at village Meer Muhammad Mastoi in the limits of Mubarakpur police station near Thull of district Jacobabad on Wednesday.

According to SHO Mubarakpur police station Muhammad Panah Brohi, a dispute took place between father identified as Buhram Ali Mastoi, aged around 45, and his son namely Abid Hussain, aged around 18, which infuriated Abid who attacked his father with a wooden stick. As a result of the assault, Mastoi sustained severe head wounds and succumbed to his injuries on way to Chandka Medial Hospital (CMCH) Larkana.

The area police have managed to arrest his son and on the complaint of Abdul Hameed Matoi, the brother of deceased has registered an FIR against Abid Hussain and accused would be produced in the court tomorrow (Thursday).
