RAWALPINDI: Three terrorists have been killed during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) conducted by the security forces in Dera Ghazi Khan, said a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Saturday.
Punjab Rangers, along with Elite Police and Intelligence Agencies, conducted the IBO as a part of Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad, killing three terrorists in exchange of fire and recovering ammunition from the site, it stated.
Two Rangers’ personnel were got injuries during the operation.
An Improvised Explosive Device (IED), rocket launcher, AK-47, grenades and other ammunition were also recovered from the spot.
