RAWALPINDI: Indian forces on Thursday targetted a school van and killed its driver in the Battal sector along the line of control (LoC), said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Director General ISPR Maj General Asif Ghafoor took to Twitter to condemn the attack.
“Indian unethical and unprofessional approach across LOC continues terrorising civilians,” said Ghafoor.
A student of a local degree college, who was present in the vehicle which was fired upon, described the indian terror as:
Ghafoor reiterated that such attacks are a violation of the Geneva convention and against the spirit of the 2003 ceasefire agreement between India and Pakistan.
Indian forces carried out more than 150 ceasefire violations along the Line of Control this year while in 2017, they had committed more than 1900 ceasefire violations.
