Sir: Balochistan is considered to be the richest province of Pakistan in terms of natural resources but it is still facing a number of problems, especially problems pertaining to education.
The children of Balochistan face thousands of problems when they come to get education because of the poor education system of the province.
However, schools in Balochistan do not even have basic facilities. According to a report, there are more than 5,000 ghost teachers in Balochistan. Furthermore, 80 per cent girls are not getting education and most of them are from rural areas. The dropout rate of females is increasing rapidly every year. Corporal punishment is one of the biggest reasons.
I request the government of Balochistan to take serious notice of the issue and save the lives of every Baloch student.
