HBL PSL promo unveils opening ceremony performers

LAHORE: The HBL Pakistan Super League (HBL PSL) has announced the event’s opening ceremony plans through a promotional video on Saturday.

For the third year in succession, the tournament would be launched through a glittering opening ceremony on Thursday, February 22 at the Dubai International Stadium featuring national and international stars.

Pakistan’s music icon Abida Parveen, pop-stars Ali Zafar and Shehzad Roy and United States (US) based Jason Derulo are set to perform at the event’s kick-off later this month.

The ceremony will begin at 7 pm United Arab Emirates (UAE) time and would be followed by the opening match of the tournament between defending champions Peshawar Zalmi and newcomers Multan Sultans.
