Sir: In Karachi’s Baloch Colony, an eleven-years-old child was mercilessly raped by her own stepfather. The incident has caught everybody’s attention as it is beyond anyone’s imaginations that even a father can do this to his child. Nobody ever even anticipated that.
Child abuse is increasing and is taking different forms. It is the high time that we really do something to stop this from happening.
