Pakistan becomes member of International Socca Federation

KARACHI: Pakistan on Thursday became member of the newly formed ‘International Socca Federation’. Shahzeb Trunkwala has been named the vice president of the federation that will regulate the famous 5, 6, 7 a side mini football around the world. 51 countries participated in the very first conference of the ‘International Socca Federation’ in Birmingham, UK yesterday. Among 51 countries some biggest names of world football including Portugal, England, Germany, Spain, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Greece and others participated in the inaugural conference. And the first 5, 6, 7 a side Mini Football World Cup will be organised in Lisbon, Portugal this year under this federation and Pakistan will take part in it.
