8-year-old girl kidnapped from Boat Basin recovered in Sehwan

DADU: Karachi and Sehwan police jointly raided at rest house in Sehwan city and recovered a girl 8 years old who was kidnapped. He name is Laiba and was kidnapped four days ago from Karachi. Police also arrested the kidnapper, Nazar Mohammad resident of Khaniwal who had kidnapped the girl. Police also arrested Karo Otho the owner of the rest house and three others.

Karachi police returned to Karachi along with Laiba and the arrested persons. According to SHO Sehwan, Zulifiqar Odho, the raid was conducted jointly by the police forces of Karachi and Sehwan at the rest house after receiving a tip off.

SSP Jamshoro Irfan Bahadur talking to this reporter confirmed that girl Laiba was kidnapped from jurisdiction of Boat Basin Police Station Karachi four days ago. He said that Karachi Police led by Boat Basin Police Station had led a party of Karachi Police and Sehwan Police and in support conducted a raid on the resthouse in Sehwan. He said that police arrested Nazar Mohammad and recovered girl from his possession.

He said that Sehwan Police was registeringa FIR against the private rest house owner also. He said that it was successful step of police to recover the girl safely.

While, two persons were arrested by Rukan Police on Wednesday while they were trying to rape an 8 years old boy Hasnain son Nadeem Panhwar in Phulji town.

SSP Dadu, Qamar Raza Jiskani said that upon the crying of the boy police team and villagers reached and protected boy and arrested two persons Shahmir son of Ghulam Shabbir and Azad Panhwar son of Mohammad Panhwar. He said that on complaint of the father of the boy, Nadeem Panhwar, Rukan Police lodged an FIR under section 337 and 5011 PPC against both arrested accused.

New development schemes launched in Dadu: MNA Dadu, Rafique Ahmed Jamali has said that a network of development schemes were spread in Dadu to make it a beautiful and clean city.

He said that after completing the road network and streets, the drainage system will be improved. He said that drainage schemes in different parts of city were running through TMA and MPA and MNAs programs with funds released by Sindh government.

He was speaking to journalists at Dadu Press Club after the inauguration of newly constructed Katchery Road in Dadu. He was accompanied by PPP leader engineer Khalil Shaikh, executive engineer roads Badaruddin Abbasi.

He said at a cost of six crore rupees Katchery Road was completed and construction of roads at Jagatabad, Mazdoorabad, Ghraibabad, Station Road and the new Bus Stand Road also were completed. He said that on directives of PPP chairman Bilwal Bhutto Zardari, the PPP Sindh government had launched a drive to complete all development schemes in Dadu. He said that PPP will win general elections 2018 on base of its progress and delivery of its best services. He claimed that PPP has carried out recorded development schemes in Dadu.

Paramedical staff hold a protest for their demands: Pakistan Paramedical Staff Association took out a protest rally in Dadu on Wednesday to protest for the acceptance of their legal demands. They took out a rally from Civil Hospital to Press Club Dadu.

It was led by leader of Pakistan Paramedical staff association Sindh, Raja Rafiq Panhwar. Speaking to the rally Raja Rafiq Panhwar said that the Sindh government was not accepting the demands. He said that promotion of staff and payment of allowances, appointment on deceased quota and other problems of paramedical staff were not resolved by the Sindh government.
