Ustad Bukhari Degree College celebrates sports week

DADU: Sport week celebrations at playground of Ustad Bukhari Degree College Dadu were organized by the College. Event of slow cycling, valley ball, hockey, football, long jumping, badminton and cricket were held.

Meer Athan Race was also held and a number of students participated in it. The boy students of Ustad Bukhari Degree College, Bhan Degree College and Johi Degree College participated in the games.

Chairman Municipal Committee Dadu, Gul Hassan Qambrani said that this was good act of administration of the College in organizing an event of seven long days to celebrate sports week. He congratulated the Principal, Professor Ghulam Sarwar Abbasi and Vice Principal, Professor Irfan Ahmed Kalhoro. He said that through organising such games, environment would improve and students would remain happy physically and their mental growth would increase. Professors Ghulam Sarwar Abbasi, Irfan Kalhoro, Mumtaz Qambrani, Aftab Ahmed Charan, Farooq Lund, Nawaz Panhwar, Asif Memon and Imtiaz Mangi also spoke on conclusion day. Prices and shields were awarded to winning students and teams.
