Author: Our District Correspondent

LARKANA: Sindh Taraqi Pasand Party (STPP) Chief Dr Qadir Magsi has said that a man was brutally killed along with his two sons in Mehar few days ago but no Pakistan People’s Party leaders condemned this tragic murder including Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Asif Zardari.

Their silence showed how loyal they were with Sindh, he lamented.

Dr Magsi addressing public gathering at Jinnah Bagh roundabout said Sindh made solid and fundamental contribution in making of Pakistan but it was being neglected adding people were committing suicide, undergoing starvation and were facing worst poverty but the rulers continued to propagate that everything was alright in the province.

He said Hakim Ali Zardari father of Asif Zardari secured 19 votes in 1982 local body election. He asked whether this country has merely been made for singing, dancing, chanting zindabad and murdabad slogans. He said that most of HIV/AIDS patients in Sindh belong to Larkana which was very astonishing. He said, “I don’t want jagirdari system but I believe in peoples rule in which poor will govern the country”.
