JACOBABAD: A housemaster was gunned down in firing over resistance when a few armed thieves tried to steal his cattle and other expensive house articles from his house at village Taghio Khoso, in the limits of Mouladad Police Station.
According to reports, a man identified as Hakim Ali, 24, son of Nazar Muhammad Chandio was killed in firing by unknown armed thieves when he resisted armed thieves who tried to steal his cattle and other expensive articles and fled from place of firing, sources added.
Area police rushed on the spot and transported the body of deceased to Civil Hospital Jacobabad and handed over his body after completing a postmortem examination.
Neither was a FIR registered nor the thieves apprehended till filling of this news file. Fear prevailed among the people of village and who remained in their houses.
