Al-Khidmat Foundation launches free ambulance service for the deceased

KHYBER AGENCY: Al-Khidmat Foundation’s Landi Kotal chapter on Friday launched free of charge ambulance service for transporting of dead bodies from home to graveyard aimed to facilitate the affected families.

A simple gathering was initiated at Bakhmal Khan Hujra, Khuga Khel (male guest house) that was attended by the Political Tehsildar Landi Kotal, Shams-ul-Islam as chief guest while naib-Ameer JI, FATA Zarnoor Afrid, Ameer JI Landi Kotal Zia-ul-Haq Afridi, President Al-Khedmat Khyber Agency Qari Said Hakeem and numbers of tribal elites were among the participants.

Speaking on the occasion the tehsildar appreciated the noble act of the Al-Khedmat Foundation and said it had been always played a pioneering role in facilitating the layman in natural or man-made disasters.
