KHYBER AGENCY: Brother of a local media person was abducted by unknown armed persons at the Bypass Road of Tehsil Landi Kotal yesterday. The kidnapped victim’s family sources said on Thursday that the previous day, Shaukat Hussain elder brother of tribal journalist, Ali Shinwari, working as a reporter for Dunya TV was on his way home with his minor son from his warehouse in Landi Kotal Bazaar when undisclosed armed persons intercepted his vehicle, kidnapped him at gunpoint and shifted him to unknown destination. A case was lodged in the office of the Assistant Political Agent, Landi Kotal against unknown kidnappers. According to the relatives of the abductee they had no enmity with anyone and so far no one had claimed responsibility for the abduction.
