Sir: Teachers are a school’s main component, since without them, there is no way for children to learn. They are said to be the lit candles which provide light to a nation. But I have seen numerous schools in Kech left without teachers and students.
Many of the hired teachers get paid each month, but instead of coming to the school and doing their job, they just show up to collect paychecks. I don’t even know for what reasons they are getting the salaries. Schools being left with chairs, tables, boards and even students but no teacher, is a clear sign of a decaying society. Teacher’s are the one’s to lead a nation towards glorious future but unfortunately, teachers here aren’t aware of the massive role they need to play. I request all the so called ‘ghost’ teachers to stop this dishonesty.
