ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Fawad Chaudhry has stated on Monday that chairman Imran Khan would not be sharing the stage with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari during Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT)’s 17th January protest against the government.

“Imran Khan will not join Asif Zardari in the same container, after which the two will address their supporters separately,” Fawad said according to Express News.

Earlier, Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chairman Tahirul Qadri announced sit-ins seeking resignations of Punjab chief minister Shehbaz Sharif and law minister Rana Sanaullah for their alleged role in 2014 shooting of party workers outside Minhajul Quran Secretariat in Lahore.
