NICVD doors open to all for free treatment of heart disease: Bilawal

DADU: PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that a big hospital of heart in South Asia was established at Karachi in Sindh where it was free of cost treatment to the patients.

He said that it was 70 lacs rupees treatment at other parts of country but it was free of cost treatment of heart diseases at various parts in Sindh after establishment of NICVD hospitals at Karachi, Sehwan, Tando Mohammad Khan, Larkana and Hyderabad.

PPP chairman Bilwal Bhutto Zardari was addressing to a program at Shahbaz Auditorium Sehwan Sharif after inaugurating the NICVD-National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases at Syed Abdullah Institute of Medical Science at Sehwan Sharif on Friday.

He said that congratulated Sindh chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah to establish NICVD at Sehwan Sharif. He said that it was good efforts that it was free of cost treatment of heart problems with latest equipments. He said that before this it was costly and it was only for rich people but now it was free of cost for all and poor people after establishment NICVD hospitals in Sindh and it was reachable for poor people. He said that it was group of political people which consists on former three chief ministers of Sindh and ministers and their advisors but they had given anything to the public in their tenure. He said that after establishing such NICVD hospitals in Sindh and now this decision was in the court of public that had need of metro bus service of Punjab and trees of KPK or free treatment like in Sindh. He said that it was 300 beds hospitals in Badin and Thalassamia center in Badin and free ambulance free in Thatta and Sijwal. He said that BISP and policy on union council level was started for women to support them financially to pass their lives. He said that to stop Dhamal at shrine of lal Shahbaz, suicide blast was conducted. Sindh chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah said that all terrorists involved in Sehwan blast were arrested and restoration work of shrine was conducted timely.

While, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari visited shrine of Hazrat Qalandar lal Shahbaz. Sindh chief chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah briefed about Sehwan Blasts and ongoing work of the shrine.

Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Syed Nasir minister Information minister, Dr Sikandar ali Mandhro health minister, , MNA malik Asad Sikandar, Dr Sikandar Shoro and health secretary Dr Fazllullah Pechoho accompanied the Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
