KASUR: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday visited the parents of 8-year-old Zainab, whose dead body had been found from a heap of garbage (Tuesday) as she was murdered after rape by unidentified culprit, reported Daily Times.
Talking to the parents, Shehbaz Sharif assured the parents of his undying commitment with justice. “I won’t sit idle unless the culprits are brought t o justice”, he told Zainab’s father.
Consoling the parents, CM said that no words were enough to condemn the incident and promised that justice will not only be done but everyone will see the justice being done too.
Sharif said that whoever was responsible for the gruesome murder after rape will not be able to escape the law. He assured Zainab’s father that the government stood firm with him in this hour of grief. He also promised him to help his family in whatever way possible.
