PCB chief’s appointment challenged in LHC

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi’s appointment has on Thursday been challenged in Lahore High Court, reported Daily Times.

According to details, the petition filed by a citizen named Farzana through Naheed Beg Advocate maintains that no department can be headed by a person aged over 65 but Najam Sethi was appointed despite the rule.

The petition demanded removal of Najam Sethi from his position over the violation of rules and regulations.
