Islamabad: Chairman PTI Imran Khan has decided to bring KP Ehtassab Commission under Peshawar High Court (PHC).

In his message on social networking site Twitter, Khan said, “KP government is introducing a Bill in Provincial Assembly that DG Ehtassab Commission should be appointed by Chief Justice PHC and commission should report to CJ, thus independent from government.”

He drafted a law in this regard which will be tabled in the KP assembly for approval.

He further said incumbent chairman NAB has utterly failed in conducting accountability process and he was given this post due to this failure on his part. Sitting NAB chairman has been appointed on his post due to connivance between corrupt leaders of two parties
