Veteran actor Adnan Siddiqui’s Cereal Productions will release a new drama serial by the name of ‘Ghughi’, on TV One this month. This drama serial is based on a novel, which is written by eminent Punjabi writer Amrita Pritam. The screenplay for ‘Ghughi’ is written by Amna Mufti and is directed by Iqbal Hussain.
Ghughi’s cast includes Siddiqui himself, Hamza Firdaus, Asma Abbas, Mohsin Gillani, and Rashid Mehmood. In the lead role, there is a new comer, Amar Khan, who would definitely capture the attention of audiences by her brilliant acting
Moreover, the play is dedicated to all those women who went through hardships and many sacrifices during that era. It is a mega budgeted serial.

Adapted, written and narrated by the exceptionally gifted Amna Mufti, directed by the visionary himself Iqbal Hussain, this play had been the centre of me and my entire team’s attention for over a span of seven months! This immortal tale is not to be missed and will be premiering as a flagship project only on TV One.”
