Mardan Lynching case: KP police to submit report to Supreme Court today

ISLAMABAD A detailed report is to be submitted to the Supreme Court by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police on Tuesday.

In a press conference held on Monday, Inspector General Police (IGP) KP Salahuddin Khan Mehsud said that no concrete evidence of blasphemy was found against the late Abdul Wali Khan student Mashal Khan and his present colleagues Abdullah and Zubair.

A complete report will be presented to the apex court, the IG added.

“I will ensure that the investigation is impartial, details of the incident will be submitted to the Supreme Court. It will contain all major and minute details of our investigation.” He assured reporters.
