Two MQM London workers awarded 17 years jail term

KARACHI: A local court has awarded 17 years imprisonment each to two workers of MQM-London for attacking a police mobile and possessing illegal arms.

The court has also imposed a fine amounting to Rs 80,000 on them. Those who have been awarded imprisonment include Mohsin alias Peter and Raees alias Kala.

These MQM workers were charged with attacking a police mobile of police station Pir Abad in 2011.
