Malala graces David Letterman’s show as honourable guest

Pakistan’s Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai will be appearing on TV host and comedian David Letterman’s new television show. Malala Yousafzai was spotted by celebrity news website TMZ leaving the set of David Letterman’s show. She was asked how the show went, to which she replied, “It was great.” Yousafzai is expected to be the second guest on the show, with reports stating that the first guest will be former US president Barack Obama.

Letterman’s new show will entail six hour-long episodes and will air on Netflix from May 2018.

Yousafzai in 2014 became the youngest ever Nobel Peace Prize winner and is an advocate of girls’ education. In the past, she has appeared on several US TV shows including ‘The Daily Show’ with comedian and writer John Stewart as well as on ‘The Ellen Degeneres Show’.
