World Bank team calls on Sindh chief secretary

KARACHI: Chief Secretary Sindh Rizwan Memon has assured that the Sindh Government would leave no stone for betterment of the economic development process, with a view to improve the ranking of ease of doing. While presiding a meeting with the World Bank delegates met to him led by Ms. Nicha Sathornkich of Bank of Thailand, who addressed the meeting about visionary method of economic development, senior economist of World Bank Amjad Basheer introduced the delegation. The Chief Secretary noted that all department of Sindh Government are tremendously performing their duties the coordination with World Bank shall be appreciated to this effect, he added. Chairman Planning & Development Board Sindh Muhammad Waseem maintained that all out efforts are being made by all the departments with harmony and devotion headed by the Chief Secretary Sindh Rizwan Memon.
