ISLAMABAD: An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter Scale jolted various areas of the country, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore, early on Tuesday. However, no causality was reported. The earthquake was felt at 04:05 am. According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Hindu Kush Region in Afghanistan at a depth of 180 kilometres.
