Up for a burger?

COSA NOSTRA —
this café has been a prominent part of Lahore’s food scene since many years, it’s almost iconic now. Cosa Nostra is known for its spectacular ice cream and pizza, but for me their true stars are the burgers. Offering a very different and delicious range of gourmet burgers, they definitely need all to try them.

EAT ME —
Lahore’s latest food truck is a great addition to the burger scene. This is the first food truck I’ve seen here that offers more than just the usual, basic burger. Eat Me has managed to bring in new flavours to the market. Their Veggie Burger is super delicious and totally different from what we usually eat. I’m also a big fan of their Gourmet Beef Burger.

ESPRESSO —
if you want good burgers to enjoy in a good ambience, this is your spot. Espresso offers some really good chicken and beef burgers that just melt in your mouth. They’re not big on the variety but their burgers are something special, with a soft bun, juicy patties and the tangy Espresso special sauce.

GRILL HUT —
this small shack made quite the big waves when it opened up a couple of years back, and it’s safe to say it’s still going strong. I recently revisited it and the saucy, scrumptious taste and the chef’s passion is still the same, which really makes this burger joint such a great place to eat.

HOT & SPICY —
this is probably everyone’s go to place, when you’re low on cash and really hungry; their burger menu is quite a surprise, offering more than a dozen different types of burgers. Paratha Rolls might be their specialty but their burgers are really strong too. I recently tried their Hawaiian Chicken Burger and that really made me a fan of this food joint.

MCDONALD’S —
this sounds like the basic white boy answer but McDonald’s is always a good idea if you want to order in and just chill. Their Spicy McCrispy is delicious to the last bite, with a spicy, crunchy chicken fillet and a really light bun, paired with their legendary fries; this is one meal you can’t say no to.

OUTPOST BYOB —
now this is place that specialises in burgers, and the best thing is you get to customise your burger from the bun down to the extra toppings. It’s a real tasty experience, and they have some great sidelines to compliment their massive burgers.
