Ayaz urges media to project positive image of Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has asked media to help in projecting a positive image of Pakistan.

He was addressing at a ceremony to administer an oath to the newly elected office-bearers of Parliamentary Reporters Association here at Parliament House on Wednesday.

He said, “criticism apart, it is duty and responsibility of all media-persons to make conscientious efforts to improve the image of Pakistan in the comity of nations.”

He asserted that the issues and problems being faced due to reporters covering the parliament would be resolved with the cooperation of all relevant departments.
