Zardari says PM should resign if Panama case verdict is against him

Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairperson Asif Ali Zardari has asked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif toresign from office if the Panama verdict is not in his favour.

The Panama verdict is due today and the former president remarked in an interview that the prime minister is habitual of disrespecting all decisions that are not in accordance to his own convenience. Zardari also said that not accepting the decision of the Supreme Court could sabotage the democratic process.

He also said that his party, the Pakistan People’s Party, will keep protesting till the issue of power outages is addressed and solved by the government.
