RAWALPINDI: The Education Department Punjab has formulated a list and decided to take action against 127 schools’ heads including seven in Rawalpindi Division over 40 percent dropout in Matric.
Moreover, the list of dropout students, relevant subject teachers of Grade 17, 18, 19 and Schools heads of 127 schools have been finalized. Around nine schools heads of Rawalpindi have also been made part of the list.
The teachers list include Government Anjuman Islam Boys High School Wah Cantonment Grade 17 Tariq Mahmood, Government Muslim Higher Secondary School no 1 Saidpur Road Grade 18 Mohammed Yaqoob, Government Christian High School Raja Bazaar Grade 19 Malik Muzaffar Khan, Government Boys Higher Secondary School Mustaq Ahmed Siyal, Government Muslim Higher Secondary School no 1 Saidpur Road Tariq Mahmood Qazi, Government High Secondary DAV College Road Shaukat Ali Naseer and Government High Secondary School Saddar Grade 20 Jamsheed Iqbal.
The Education Department has given directions to the District Education Authority to forward a report in his regard within the 15 days period.
