Sadiq orders suspension of CADD secretary

ISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Friday asked Minister for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Tariq Fazal Chaudhry to suspend secretary of the ministry for not giving replies to questions during the Question Hour.

The speaker ordered the suspension of the secretary for three days for failing to reply five questions during the Question Hour of the National Assembly session.

“Answers of five questions had not been given … will you suspend the secretary or I should write to the prime minister for his suspension for three days,” the speaker told the CADD minister. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry assured the Speaker Ayaz Sadiq that administrative action would be taken against the CADD secretary and he would be suspended as per his instructions.
