Chairman Union Council Kala Shadian dies in firing incident

PHALIA: Jamshed Tarar Chairman Union Council Kala Shadian and brother of a civil judge, Naveed Tarar was killed in a firing incident on Friday.

Sources said that Chairman Union council Kala Shadian (PMLN) Jamshed Tarar, brother of Naveed Tarar Civil judge of Rawalpindi court was heading towards his home when some unknown suspects opened indiscriminate fire on his vehicle near Jagon Kalan. As a result Jamshed Tarar died on the spot while his two security guards Qamar and Sikandar along with his one associate sustained injuries. One Sikandar out of injured was stated to be in critical condition.

SHO Altaf Hussain of Qadir Abad police station reached the scene with heavy contingent of police and took the body and injured into their custody and shifted them to Tehsil Headquarters hospital for medico-legal formalities and first aid.

Saddar Phalia Bar association safe Chedhar Advocate has announced strike to show harmony with this incident.
