Carrying firearms, explosive material towards Sehwan Sharif banned

KARACHI: The Sindh government in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 144 (6) CrPC has imposed a complete ban on carrying fire arms, explosive material, crackers, chanting political slogans and posers etc, movement of heavy loaded vehicles towards Sehwan Sharif, en route shall be diverted from Dadu to Moro and T-Moro Jamshoro to Hala and swimming in Arai Wia Danaster Wah and Sam Nalo@ Sehwan Sharif in jurisdiction of Sehwan Sharif w.e.f. 16.05.2017 to 25.05.2017; till the end of Mella.

All permissions issued by the Home Department Sindh to carry weapon in relaxation of ban u/s 144 CrPC shall remain suspended during the ban period in the extent of Sehwan Sharif. The SHOs of police stations concerned are authorized to register the complaints under Section 188 PPC in writing against the violation of Section 144 CrPC.
