RAWALPINDI: A university student committed suicide within Rawalpindi’s Race Course police jurisdiction on Monday.
According to media reports, one Mustafa Haider, resident of Afshan Colony Dhok Chaudhrian was a student of information technology at a local university in Islamabad.
His father had died and his elder brother was working in UAE.
Mustafa’s mother insisted that, Mustafa go to his university but he stated that he did not want to continue his studies.
As his mother scolded him on his refusal, he injured his wrist which had to be bandaged by his mother.
Later he went upstairs and committed suicide by hanging himself with a ceiling fan in a room of their house.
