ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan said all state institutions have been annihilated except Supreme Court (SC)

Adding that PTI stands with SC and Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP)

“To my view all the institutions in the country except judiciary have been devastated. We stand with SC and CJP. Had the state institutions worked Nawaz Sharif who is Prime Minister (PM) would have not have committed such massive corruption. I am grateful to SC that it has exposed corrupt leaders before nation”

He said this while talking to media men Monday on his arrival at SC in connection with hearing of encroachment and land mafia case.

Khan further added that SC itself has accepted that National Accountability Bureau has completely failed in playing its role and now we will file a reference against chairman National Accountability Bureau within two or three days.

He held that he does not intend to file review petition against SC decision in Panama case.

He went on to say that Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf is standing with SC and its five bench judge’s verdict on panama. The whole nation has pinned hopes on judiciary. Had the court not interfered in the matter of corruption then nothing would have been left more.

He further said it is the part of country’s history that five judges of SC heard panama case. SC declared PML-N leader corrupt but even then PML-N is celebrating the decision.

“I am happy to see that Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken suo motto notice of illegal constructions in Bani Gala. Encroachments, china cutting, deforestation and heinous act of construction of plazas and flats on children parks is continuing at large scale since long”, he said.

Capital development Authority and District administration are shifting responsibility on each other’s shoulders while it is a crime to construct a housing scheme on agricultural land adding that this is actually the matter of food and security, he held

In addition, he added, contaminated water contributes to high level of deaths in Pakistan.
