KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party leader Dr Asim has put forth the allegation that State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali has struck a deal with him.
Dr Asim made these comments in an interview with a private TV channel.
He said, “If I have led the prayer then what crime I had committed as every Muslim offers his prayer after standing behind others. It is not a new thing. Media should avoid giving this matter a political color,” he added.
Replying to a question regarding Abid Sher Ali demanding the formation of JIT on Ayyan Ali and him, Dr Asim said that Abid had forgotten the deal he had struck with him (Dr Asim).
