Chaman explosion outside Christian Colony leaves child dead, 2 injured

LAHORE (Monitoring) – A loud explosion outside the gate of a Christian Colony in Balochistan’s Chaman city left a 7-year-old child dead and two injured.

Those injured were rushed to the hospital. The police said the impact of the explosion left windows of the nearby buildings smashed.

The police and the Frontier Corps (FC) personnel reached the area and an initial investigation suggested this was a grenade attack.

Earlier, in the freshest wave of terrorist attackes, eleven were killed in a terrorist attack in Peshawar while a landmine blast killed a soldier in South Waziristan.
