ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz PML-N Senator Chaudhry Tanveer has demanded a ban on cigar smoking by Awami Muslim League Chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed during Public Accounts Committee (PAC) meeting, saying the health of Sheikh Rasheed is very dear to him.
During the PAC session on Wednesday, when Sheikh Rasheed was busy smoking cigar, Senator Chaudhry Tanveer demanded the PAC chairman to disallow Sheikh Rasheed from smoking his cigar to save his health because his health is very dear to him.
In response, the AML chief objected to everyone mocking his cigar smoking while nothing was done when people died due to spurious medicines and vaccines.
