ISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan has disqualified Rawalpindi Mayor Sardar Naseem for his involvement in unfairly influencing the election on reserved seats.
General Councillors Tahira Tanveer and Lubna Iqbal had filed a petition against Rawalpindi mayor under Punjab Local Government Act, Section 19 and Public Representative Act Section 103 AA.
